FASHION DESIGN (FD)
The Course is perpetually designed to accord full reign to the imaginative flair of the students harmonised with practicality required at the industrial level.
3 year undergraduate diploma programme after 10+2
TEXTILE DESIGN (TD)
The Course is perpetually designed to study the areas which includes skill development, weaving, textile designing,dying and printing, textile technology and development of textile products

GARMENT MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY (GMT)
It imparts to the students the temperament to gain technical prowess through advanced work study and education methodology adopted using classroom, laboratory and workshop simulation of situations faced in business administration and industry management.
2 year PostGraduate diploma programme
KNITWEAR DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY [KDT]
This 2-year postgraduate diploma programme covers design, knitted fabric development, garment development, production manufacturing technology and merchandising. The Knitwear Design and Technology programme has been methodically planned to incorporate all areas of knowledge required for the Indian Knitwear industry.

FASHION DESIGN AND CLOTHING TECHNOLOGY [FDCT]
Apart from Diploma programme NIIFT offers one year certificate course for those who interested in acquiring design skills. This part time programme offers scope to the budding professionals to undergoing vocational training for self employment purpose

FASHION RETAIL MANAGEMENT (FRM)
- Ability in Freehand Drawing
- Quality of 3D visualization, modeling skills (not computer but physical)
- Knowledge of Technical drawing (orthographic, isometric, axonometric)

- You may be from any of these or similar backgrounds:
Technical colleges, architecture schools, people with experience in
industry with a minimum of 2 years of participation
ADMISSION RULES:
- Admission to NIIFT Diploma programme is strictly on merit as assessed at the entrance examination. NIIFT's entrance test is conducted as
per the following procedure.
- The written examination is conducted in the first half of the year and consists of the following tests:
